Time Period • Requests for exchange or return are allowed within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. 2. Return and Exchange Conditions • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and not assembled (for furniture that requires assembly). • The product must be in its original packaging (carton) and original wrapping, with all accessories and instruction booklets. • The original purchase invoice or order number must be available. 3. Cases Not Covered by Return or Exchange • Products manufactured or modified upon the customer's request (such as custom colors or sizes). • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation by the customer. • Products showing signs of use or scratches after receipt. 4. Damage Caused by Shipping (Very Important) • Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt from the shipping company. If there is obvious breakage or damage, inform us within 24 hours maximum from the time of receipt via [store WhatsApp / email] with clear photos of the damage and a photo of the outer carton so we can compensate you immediately. 5. Fees and Costs • Manufacturing defect or error from the store: Manouchia store bears all shipping and return costs, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer. • Customer’s desire (without defect): If the customer wishes to exchange or return due to not liking the product, the customer bears the shipping costs for sending the product back and forth, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. 6. Refund Mechanism • The returned product will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, and if its condition is approved, the amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account or the used card within 7 to 14 working days (according to the bank’s policy).
